Couples Therapy

Couple’s therapy is focused on building trust and connection. Couple’s therapy is about creating emotionally safety, attunement and empathy between people. Highlighting the patterns, behaviors and internal messages helps people understand their role in negative communication cycles. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach in couple’s therapy.

Therapy provides a safe space for couples to work through tough topics with new communication skills & to eventually increase emotional depth. As you learn to understand and share your internal emotional experience and narrative you will begin to experience deeper connection in your relationship.
